• 胡萝卜蛋糕
    Carrot Cake  
     
         My friend Judy makes this cake. It is packed with tasty ingredients. I made only a few changes and it tastes as wonderful as it always has! What’s up Doc?
     
     
    INGREDIENTS                                      PREPARAION
     
    1/2 cup................ Landoflive baking olive oil          1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Coat one
    1/4 cup................ pure maple syrup                            9x13-inch baking pan with Landoflive baking
    2 cups.................. brown sugar, packed                       olive oil .
    1 tablespoon........ honey                                         2.In mixer bowl add Landoflive baking olive oil. maple
    1 large ................. egg                                                syrup, brown sugar, honey, egg , and
    3 large................. egg whites                                      egg whites. Mix until smooth and creamy.
    2 1/2 cups............ Flour                                           3. Add flour , baking powder, baking
    2 teaspoons ......... baking powder                               soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and
    1 teaspoon .......... baking soda                                    cloves . Blend until well mixed.
    1 teaspoon............ salt                                            4. Add carrots. lemon juice, vanilla,  pineapple, and 
    2 teaspoons.......... Cinnamon                                       chopped nuts. Blend  again.
    1/2 teaspoon......... Nutmeg                                     5. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for
    1/2  teaspoon......... cloves                                           55-60 minutes or until a knife
    5/2 cups.............grated carrots                                    inserted into the center comes out
    2 teaspoons.......... fresh lemon juice                            clean. Cool completely.
    2  teaspoons.......... pure vanilla extract                   6. Dust with powdered sugar   
    1 small can............ crushed pineapple,                        frost with basic cream cheese frosting.
                    about 1/2 cup , juice included    
    1 cup ................... Pecans, finely, chopped
