    Apple Crisp
     
    Granny Smith, Gravenstein, Cortland, or Macintosh are all great choices for this classic fall dish!
     
     INGREDIENTS  
    8 cups peeled , cored, and thinly sliced apples      3/4  cup all-purpose flour
    1/2  cup granulated sugar                                       3/4  cup brown sugar
    2  teaspoons cinnamon                                           1/2  cup Landoflive baking olive oil
    5/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats                       3/2  teaspoons vanilla extract
         (not Quick- cooking)                                           3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
     
     PREPARAION
    1.Preheat oven to 350° F.  
    2.To prepare the filling: Place apple slices in a large bowl , sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon and toss to evenly coat the apples. Set aside.
    3.To prepare the topping: In a medium bowl, combine the oats , flour and brown sugar . After these ingredients have been mixed together, make a well in the center and add Landoflive baking olive oil and vanilla extract Rub the mixture together with fingers until it starts to come together and form a crumb-like texture. Add walnuts to the topping mixture if desired.
    4.Transfer apple slices to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle topping evenly over the apples .
    5.Bake at 350° F for I hour or until the apples are tender when pierced with a paring knife.
    6.Cool pan 10-15 minutes on a wire rack . Serve warm , with ice cream or whipped cream if desired .

    5/4杯的燕麦片(不是快速烹饪)         3/2茶匙香草精                             
    3/4杯碎核桃(可选)
     
    步骤:
    1.烤箱预热至177℃左右。
    2.制馅:将苹果片放在一个大碗里,撒上砂糖和肉桂和搅拌均匀涂覆的苹果。留用。
    3.准备馅料:在一个中等大小的碗,将燕麦和红糖,面粉混在一起,并在面粉中心加入欧榄烘焙专用橄榄油和香草精混合在一起,用手指揉搓直到形成一个屑状结构。如果需要加入核桃是非常不错的。
    4.苹果片转移到9x13英寸的烤盘。均匀地撒上馅料在苹果上。
    5.在177℃左右的烤箱中烤1小时或直到苹果变软时,能用水果刀刺穿即可。
    6.放到冷锅的架子上10-15分钟,看个人喜好,可以加入冰激淋或奶油。
